Computer Applications Technology (Grade 8 – 10)

Three (3) year Fixed-Term Contract

Minimum Requirements (qualifications and experience):

• A three (3) year Bachelor’s Degree, and a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Education, or
• A four (4) year Diploma in Education, or
• A four (4) year BEd degree
• Computer literacy (CAT on university level)
• Experience in teaching English at Home Language level will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of CAPS, planning, assessment, moderation and intervention.
• Involvement in extra- and co-curricular activities.

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to a successful candidate congruent with the scope, responsibilities, and stature of the position. HOSPITALITY STUDIES GR 10-12 (FET Phase)

Minimum Requirements (qualifications and experience):

• A three (3) year Bachelor’s Degree, and a one (1) year Post Graduate Diploma in Education, or
• A four (4) year Diploma in Education, or
• A four (4) year BEd Degree.
• Hospitality Studies as a subject up to at least third year level.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office).
• Knowledge of CAPS, planning, assessment, moderation and intervention.
• Involvement in extra- and co-curricular activities.
• Experience in marking Hospitality Studies in the Grade 12 NSC examinations will be an advantage.
• The educator must be registered with SACE.
• The educator must be proficient in English.
• At least two year of experience in teaching hospitality as a subject for FET phase.
